Pick Your Own Workout

Do a workout of your choosing. It should be at least 20 minutes long. This can be of yourself playing a sport, doing an activity (like running), doing yoga, working out, walking the dog. Be creative! Evidence: Videotape or take photos of yourself doing this workout/activity.
