Full Body Stretch & Abdominal Workout

Try this 15 minute full body stretch then do a 5 minute abdominal workout. Evidence: Take pictures of 5 stretches you did. Get ready and get started!

Hybrid students: Fill out an exit ticket for Feb. 3-9 after you complete this activity.
